What is the difference in each collection?

The difference per collection is simply the designs!

Can I exchange my order?

Due to some unforeseen issues we have currently put a pause to fulfilling any exchanges. However, please contact contact@leveeleather.com explaining your situation and we may be able to help.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! Please be sure all information is input correct prior to checkout.

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

Levée clothing prides themselves on keeping up with collections per season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock SMS and email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.

I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?

Please refer to our size chart for general measurements. If you still need assistance, please email us for any additional help.

Can you help with a damaged product?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. In this rare case please send a photo of the damaged product to contact@leveeleather.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 5 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
