Shipping information
Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped fully insured and free of charge within Australia with Australia Post.
Shipping Cost: No hidden fees – we cover all shipping and delivery costs.

Shipping Address: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please check your details before completing your order to avoid delays.


Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 AM AEST will start being processed the same day.

Processing Time: 0-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed during the week are processed faster, while orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take longer.
Delivery Time: 8-12 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8-15 business days (Monday to Friday).


Order tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Status Updates: Tracking data may take 24–48 hours to update. For more information check our Tracking Page. If you have not received updates, contact our support team.


Delivery issues
If your package is delayed or missing, check your tracking details and follow these steps:

Status: Delivered
• Check with household members or neighbors to see if they received it.
• If the package is still missing, contact our customer support to start an investigation with the shipping company. Investigations can take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 4 days.

Status: No Updates/Error
• If your tracking details haven’t been updated for 5–10 days or show an error, contact the shipping carrier or our support team. Investigations can take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of 3 days.

Status: Returned to Sender
• If your package is returned, contact our support team. We will investigate the reason and arrange for reshipment.

Important: If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, we are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages.
